I loved :iconshewolff: SheWolff's breed the Neonars so much that I decided to create one of my one and submit it for registry!

*EDIT* - I had to change the markings on his back a little for registry.

First of all, let me say he's absolutely gorgeous! :heart:
And that's why I hate to say this, but his markings goes slightly too high up his back, they are ment to go no higher than the dock of the tail. As he's drawn in traditional media I can understand if it's difficult to change, and as he's absolutely perfect in every other aspect, I'm thinking of approving him anyway. Let me know your thoughts.

Bleh... I hate being such a nitpick... ^^;

I have a photo editing program on my computer and I might be able to remove some of the smaller markings off of his back but the program is limitted. Let me try, then see what you think?
